Reopening Rules & Guidelines
QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS LIFTED IN RI & MA
We want to inform you of the changes we have made at all locations to provide the safest service for our staff and clients.
These strict safety guidelines have been mandated by the governors of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and must be closely followed in order for our stores to remain open.
UPDATE: Beginning June 30 as part of Phase III reopening in Rhode Island, clients can now receive that require removal of your face covering. This includes facial threading (lip, chin, cheeks) and facial treatments.
Learn about all our salon services.
Safety guidelines still apply at ALL locations.
EXTENDED HOURS & SCHEDULING THREADING SERVICES
NO PHONE RESERVATIONS FOR THREADING SERVICES
The process for scheduling all threading services will be as follows:
When you arrive at the shop, if the techs are busy with clients, please sign-in leaving your name, requested service, and a mobile number where we can reach you.
You must then wait in your car or outside the shop (maintain 6 feet of distance if there is more than one client waiting) for the tech to finish.
When it’s time for your service, the technician will call you and ask you to come inside
This process will also apply to manicure and pedicure services at our DownCity location in Providence.
CLIENTS CAN NO LONGER WAIT IN THE SALON BEFORE THEIR SERVICE
WHAT WE WILL DO
All employees will wear a face shield and a mask while providing service.
Chairs, stations and tools will be thoroughly disinfected between each service.
All stores will be cleaned with a disinfectant throughout the day, and deep cleaned at the end of the day
Employees who are not feeling well (for any reason) will not be allowed to work.
Our technicians will always maintain a distance of 6 feet between client chairs when there is more than one client receiving a threading service.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
Wear a face mask or covering while in the shop at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Per the reopening guidelines set by State of Rhode Island, lip and chin threading is not available at this time).
Sanitize your hands before and after the service with hand sanitizer.
Stay at home if felling unwell, or you have been in close contact with someone who is/has been symptomatic with COVID-19.
Remain outside in the car while waiting for a service. If you do not have a car, we ask that you wait outside of the shop, keeping 6 feet between you and any other waiting clients.
Do not bring additional guests or children to the salon to wait while receiving a service.
These guidelines are meant to keep all of our clients safe, and also maintain the safety of our technicians providing your services.
We ask for your patience and cooperation as we make this transition, and that you honor these guidelines at all times.
